Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the CR3SCENDO AI platform provided by CR3SCENDO AI, Inc. ("CR3SCENDO AI," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Description of Services
CR3SCENDO AI provides a Digital Co-Founder™ execution platform that includes AI-powered business formation, financial management, compliance tracking, and web presence services. Our platform executes tasks on your behalf within defined constitutional boundaries.
Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- One organization account per legal entity
Data Ownership and Portability
You retain full ownership of all data you create, upload, or generate through the CR3SCENDO AI platform. We provide one-click data export in standard formats. There is no lock-in: you may export and delete your data at any time.
AI-Assisted Services
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with business operations. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs are subject to human-in-the-loop approval for high-risk actions (money movement, legal filings, EIN applications)
- AI outputs should be reviewed before relying on them for legal, financial, or compliance decisions
- We redact PII before sending data to third-party AI providers
- AI features are subject to per-organization usage limits
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
- Use the platform to transmit malicious code or content
- Misrepresent your identity or organizational affiliation
- Resell or redistribute platform services without authorization
Payment Terms
Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CR3SCENDO AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export all your data. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to facilitate export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
